The property in a state of neglect is designed to accommodate a family of 3-4 people.
The project involves the renovation of part of floors, toilet, the retrofitting of the plants, and the redistribution of the spaces according to the new requirements. The main difficulty has been to reorganize the sleeping area, where the client required a small bathroom and a distribution corridor of rooms.
After a careful analysis and study, we were able to obtain the request, extending the height spaces. The rooms of the sleeping area is characterized by times a typical star Salentine buildings, which allow you to get in a room a loft habitable floor.
