The property located in the municipality of Montesano is spread over three floors. The need exposed by the client was to get three apartments, two of about 100 square meters and an apartment.
The ground floor was used as storage, it has been modified and made ampliat. Currently it has been equipped with facilities (two bathrooms), two bedrooms, a large open space and a small study. Access to the apartment is two-fold, one independent from the rest of the property, and a common entrance to the stairwell to the other two apartments.
The first floor, which housed the apartment of the owners then moved to the ground floor, has been renovated and made independent, the wide north bedroom has been scaled to derive a storeroom. The study was transformed into a spacious living room with fireplace and secluded dining area to the south and illuminated and warmed by the large glazed which accesses the balcony.
The second floor now houses a large laundry common to both apartments.
